Good evening internet. I am currently many miles away from my comfortable bed, my pc, my home. I am visiting family north of where I live myself. I like it up here. It's quite quaint, quiet, and it's nice and rainy too.

I have plans to walk into the main part of town and possibly go to a cafe, a comic book store, or the movie theater. Not sure. It's about a mile away from where I am staying but I love a nice 20 minute walk. I hope it is not too rainy in the morning.

It is hard to spend Christmas away from my partner. I would love to bring him up to this part of town because I know he would love it around here. I am excited to tell him all about my trip (and I know he will read this too).

I feel love surround by my family. I am thankful for what I have. I am incredibly grateful for everything that I have been given this holiday season and everything I have found this year.

I apologize if this entry sucks. I suppose I will get my footing eventually ˙ᵕ˙
